Day 1: Arrival in Kaziranga National Park

  • Transfer to Kaziranga: Drive to Kaziranga National Park (approximately 4-5 hours’ drive from Guwahati or 2 hours from Jorhat).

Afternoon:

  • Check-In: Arrive at your resort and check in.
  • Lunch: Enjoy a traditional Assamese lunch at the resort.
  • Leisure Time: Spend the afternoon relaxing at the resort or exploring the nearby areas.

Evening:

Day 2: Morning and Evening Safari in Kaziranga National Park

Early Morning:

  • Jeep Safari (Central Zone): Start the day with an early morning jeep safari in the Central Zone (Kohora) of Kaziranga, known for its high density of one-horned rhinoceroses. Keep an eye out for tigers, wild elephants, and other wildlife.
